1. GENERAL POLICY

As Nimble WHM provides a digital SaaS service, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced and access to the platform has been granted.

2. 7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription if:
- This is their first subscription with us
- They have not violated our Terms & Conditions
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of signup

To request a refund, contact us with your registered email address and reason for the refund.

3. EXCEPTIONS — NO REFUND

Refunds will not be issued for:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Partial months or unused portions of a billing period
- Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations
- Annual plans after the 7-day period

4. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Data may be deleted 30 days after cancellation

5. BILLING ERRORS

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund if the error is confirmed.

6. PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
